North Branford and Northford Happenings: Aug. 6 to Aug. 12

It was a very busy weekend at the Corn and Potato Festival. We had a great time talking to lots of visitors at our booth in the Business Expo tent. Thanks for stopping by and welcome to our new newsletter subscribers (if you still haven't signed up, you can do so here).

But now it's time to look ahead at our first full week of August. Here are some things going on this week.

Is your 13- or 14-year-old ? The CT Slam is now forming a youth baseball team to participate in the New England Fall Ball League with games to be played at the CT Sportsplex.
