NBFD by the Numbers: August 2013
The North Branford Fire Department responded to 155 total calls during August 2013.
The North Branford Fire Department's fire marshal released these statistics for the month of August 2013. Last month, the NBFD – which recently celebrated its 75th anniversary – responded to 155 calls with a running 2013 total of 1,233 calls. Calls over the past month included:
- 1 Fire
- 114 Emergency Medical Calls
- 10 Motor Vehicle Accidents
- 2 Hazardous Conditions
- 21 Public Service Calls
- 7 False Alarms
- 6 Mutual Aid Calls
These numbers are totals for all of the companies of the North Branford Fire Department, which includes Company #1, Company #2, Company #3 and Company #4.
