Police Blotter: Aug. 3 to 9
The following arrest information was supplied by the North Branford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Possession of Alcohol by a Minor
On Aug. 3, police responded to an anonymous complaint about underage drinking at 27 David Lane. Several youths were found allegedly consuming alcohol in plain view. Officers confiscated 28 bottles of beer and observed numerous empty containers scattered inside the tent.
Four juveniles were arrested and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor, along with Louis Fonda, 20, of Lanes Pond Road, Northford; Kevin Whelen, 18, Branford Road, North Branford; and Caitlin Paturzo, 19, of Ansonia Drive, North Haven.

Larceny
31, of So. Cherry Street, Wallingford, was arrested for sixth-degree larceny at 1 p.m. on Aug. 4.

Possession, Distribution and More
, 25, of Oxbow Lane, Northford, was arrested for possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance over 4 ounces, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to keep narcotics in original container at 7 p.m. at Aug. 4.
Under the Influence
Franziska Hell, 20, of Durham Road, Guilford, was arrested for operation under the influence at 3:15 a.m. on Aug. 6.
Under the Influence
Daniel S. Esposito, 48, of Venice Place, East Haven, was arrested for failure to drive in the proper lane and operation under the influence at 7:03 p.m. on Aug. 6.
Evading with Injury
Diego Gabriel Orellano, 30, of Bittersweet Drive, North Branford, was arrested for evading with injury, driving in the right-hand lane and operation of motor vehicle in violation of license at 1:24 a.m. at Aug. 7.
Interfering with an Officer
Wilfredo Antonio Santiago, 19, of Fulton Street, New Haven, was arrested for operating/towing an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of a marker, no insurance, operation of a motor vehicle without a license and interfering with an officer at 6:35 p.m. on Aug. 7.
Burglary and Larceny
, 53, was arrested for third-degree burglary and third-degree larceny at 10 a.m. on Aug. 9.
Disorderly Conduct, Assault and Risk of Injury
, 24, of Howard Avenue, New Haven, was arrested for risk of injury to minors, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 12:50 p.m. on Aug. 9.
