Police Blotter: Dec. 26 to 30, 2012
The following arrest information was supplied by the North Branford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Joshua Burt, 20, of Salem Street, Northford, was charged with operation of motor vehicle in violation of license classification, use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia with <½ ounce cannabis and possession of controlled substance or <4 ounces of marijuana at 9:54 p.m. on Dec. 27. He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 11. Arresting officer: Anthony M. DeLuise.
Erika M. Olivarez, 19, of Mansfield Drive, Northford, was charged with use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia with <½ ounce cannabis and possession of controlled substance or <4 ounces of marijuana at 9:54 p.m. on Dec. 27. She is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 11. Arresting officer: Anthony M. DeLuise.

Phillip Powell, 22, of Maple Street, Middletown, was charged with reckless driving at 8:56 p.m. on Dec. 29. He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 11. Arresting officer: Timothy J. Cunningham.
Albert S. Jarmie, 53, of Totoket Road, Northford, was charged with unlawful discharge of a firearm, risk of injury, second-degree breach of peace, first-degree threatening and first-degree reckless endangerment at 7:33 p.m. on Dec. 30. He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 9. Arresting officer: Anthony M. DeLuise.
