Alexandria Sodins, 18, of Mansfield Drive, Northford, was charged with use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia with <1/2 ounce cannabis and possession of <1/2 ounce cannabis (first offense) at 9:12 p.m. on Feb. 8.

Kyle Pacileo, 18, of Kelly Grest Road, Branford, was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor on a public street or highway at 7:58 p.m. on Feb. 11.
