, 19, of Lenox Street, New Haven, was charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit first-degree criminal mischief, conspiracy to commit second-degree criminal mischief, conspiracy to commit third-degree criminal mischief, conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear at 1:06 p.m. on June 27.

Larceny and Forgery

Sharlene Russell, 27, of Highland Street, New Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny, third-degree forgery, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 8:20 a.m. on June 28.

Criminal Trespass, Criminal Mischief and Larceny

Carlos Patrick Vega, 32, of Edgerton Street, Manchester, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree larceny at 3 p.m. on June 28.

Possession of Alcohol by Minor

Derek Allen, 18, of Terrell Farms Way, Wallingford, was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor on a public street or highway at 1 a.m. on June 28.

Joshua Bjornberg, 18, of Ben Court, Wallingford, was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor in public or private location other than street at 1 a.m. on June 28.

Matthew Chipokas, 18, of Clearview Drive, Wallingford, was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor in public or private location other than street at 1 a.m. on June 28.

Maggie Fenney, 18, of Old Gate Road, Wallingford, was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor in public or private location other than street at 1 a.m. on June 28.

William Mcnamee, 18, of Deer Run Road, Wallingford, , was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor in public or private location other than street at 1 a.m. on June 28.

Possession of Cannabis

Joseph Gannon, 18, of Renees Way, Guilford, was charged with possession of <½  ounce cannabis-type substance (first offense) at 1:24 a.m. on July 2.

Breach of Peace, Threatening

Robert E. Frosolone, 65, of Eastern Street, New Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, criminal violation of a protective order and threatening at 11 a.m. on July 3.

Kevin Kalama, 44, of Hillcrest Drive, Amston, was charged with operation while under the influence, operation with registration/license suspended/revoked and failure to drive in the proper lane (multiple lane highway) at 1:35 a.m. on July 4.
