Possession of Cannabis

Eric Pinon, 18, of Ward Street, Wallingford, was charged with possession of ½ ounce cannabis-type substance (1st offense) at 5:15 p.m. on March 14.

Possession, Assault and More

Ovanis Aquino, 27, of First Avenue, West Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance or <4 ounces marijuana, disorderly conduct, interference with an emergency call, third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful restraint at 1 p.m. on March 17.

Public Disturbance

Gregory A. Ricci, 22, of Foxon Road, North Branford, was charged with creating a public disturbance at 3:12 p.m. on March 17.

Violation of Protective Order

Joseph M. Lage, 29, of Middletown Avenue, Northford, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order at 7:30 p.m. on March 19.

James Bolger Hemingway, 39, of State Street, North Haven, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order at 7:30 p.m. on March 19.

Unnecessary Noise and More

Alexander Peck, 19, of 94 Thimble Islands Road, Branford, was charged with unnecessary noise, violation of exhaust emission standards (2nd offense), failure to have tail lamps or illuminate marker plate and window tint without sticker at 12:31 a.m. on March 20.
