Eric Pinon, 18, of Ward Street, Wallingford, was charged with possession of ½ ounce cannabis-type substance (1st offense) at 5:15 p.m. on March 14.

Ovanis Aquino, 27, of First Avenue, West Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance or <4 ounces marijuana, disorderly conduct, interference with an emergency call, third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful restraint at 1 p.m. on March 17.

Gregory A. Ricci, 22, of Foxon Road, North Branford, was charged with creating a public disturbance at 3:12 p.m. on March 17.
