Breach of Peace

Jeffrey Billings, 47, of Anderson Road, North Branford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 1:45 p.m. on June 2.

Reports of cars parked at the end of Shaw Road resulted in the following individuals being charged with infractions for operating quads on private property.

Kenny Maldonado, 23, of First Avenue, West Haven, was charged with affirmative defenses to trespass and operating/towing an unregistered motor vehicle at 4:27 p.m. on June 3.

Jovanne Ortiz, 18, of Howard Avenue, New Haven, was charged with affirmative defenses to trespass and possession of controlled substance or less than 4 ounces of marijuana at 4:27 p.m. on June 3.

Manniz Pena, 26, of Button Street, New Haven, was charged with affirmative defenses to trespass at 4:27 p.m. on June 3.

Enrique Sanchez, 22, of Morris Street, New Haven, was charged with affirmative defenses to trespass at 4:27 p.m. on June 3.

Frankie Sanchez, 22, of Blatchley Avenue, New Haven, was charged with affirmative defenses to trespass at 4:27 p.m. on June 3.

Christian Vasquez, 20, of Howard Avenue, New Haven, was charged with affirmative defenses to trespass at 4:27 p.m. on June 3.

Larceny

Ronald Rapacciuolo, 43, of Cove Street, New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 11:07 a.m. on June 6.

Possession of Marijuana

Kenneth James Brown, 18, of Deer Run Road, Meriden, was charged with possession of a controlled substance or <4 ounces of marijuana at 3:27 a.m. on June 9.
