Larceny and Conspiracy
Ryan Burton, 27, of Coleman Road, Wethersfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 6:40 p.m. on Sept. 5.

Under the Influence
Anthony J. Milone, 22, of Round Hill Road, Monroe, was charged with operation while under the influence at 12:15 a.m. on Sept. 16.

Shane Manchester, 31, of Wesley Avenue, Westbrook, was charged with threatening at 6:50 a.m. on Sept. 17.
