3 Questions for Social Service Director Luisa Breen: Aug. 7

Luisa Breen, director of social services in North Branford, takes a moment to update us on the latest news in her department.

The new '3 Questions' feature has been such a success that we're bringing on five more town officials, including Bonnie Therrien (interim town manager), Fran Merola (public works), Robert Hull (libraries), Luisa Breen (social services) and Judy Barron (senior center) to keep up updated on happenings in their departments.
