Luisa Breen: The Connecticut Energy Assistance Program had budgeted in the past funding for repair and replace of furnaces – those funds are no longer available.

North Branford Patch: What's something residents need to know?

Luisa Breen: Department of Veterans Affairs offers an Aid, Attendance and Housebound Pension for vets up to $1554 for vets and $998 for widows. Information is available at the Office of Social Service.
