Walker and Vumback Makes Marist's Dean's List
Congratulations to Jennifer Walker and Meghan Vumback, who were named to the Dean's List at Marist College.
Two local students were named to Marist College's Dean's List for the spring semester. North Branford's Jennifer Walker is a member of the Class of 2012 and majored in biomedical sciences. Northford's Meghan Vumback is a member of the Class of 2015 and is majoring in communication.
Marist is an independent comprehensive liberal arts college with an enrollment of 4,200 full-time undergraduate students. Founded in 1929, the College offers 43 major fields of undergraduate study and 12 graduate degree programs. Marist is included in the Princeton Review's 2012 guide to the top colleges and universities in the U.S., The Best 376 Colleges.
Marist is also ranked 13th out of 183 colleges and universities in the northern United States in U.S. News & World Report's 2012 "Best Colleges" guide and is listed by Kiplinger's Personal Finance as one of the best values in private colleges and universities.
